You also understand and acknowledge that you will be responsible for all charges and fees brought on by placing an auction on The Bike Auction or by failing your responsibility to pay your account in full. All debits must be paid in full, if your account has a negative balance for more than thirty (30) days, to avoid paying late charges. By clicking on the button labeled "I understand and agree " you understand that you wil incure a late charge of 1.5% of your total debit on your account if you have that debit for more than thirty (30) days.
